Nothing is worse than having an episode of your favorite Star Trek: Below Decks series freeze up on you. Before you get too frustrated and perform a Vulkan death grip on your subscription, try the troubleshooting tips in this article. Paramount+ troubleshooting tips:

Check your internet connection. If your network is experiencing disruptions due to outside issues, like network congestion during peak times, you may need to look into getting a faster connection. Try disconnecting your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds, then reconnecting it. Sign out of your Paramount+ account and then sign back in. Delete the Paramount+ app that you’re using from your device, and then re-download it and log in. Restart the device you are using.

The first thing to do if you’re seeing UVP 1011 is to restart your device and the app. If that doesn’t work, try clearing the cached data in the app. You can do this by following these steps: If you’re not aware of other devices that are streaming from your account, then it might be time to call up your family and friends (and maybe your exes) who might have access to your account to see if they’re using it. If you can’t find the culprit, then double-check any devices you have that might be logged in to your Paramount+ account. If this doesn’t work, then you might want to try watching your show on another browser. If you’re experiencing other error codes then they might be related to your operating system (some Microsoft users have seen error code 3012, for example). Fixing these issues is above our pay grade, so to speak. We suggest that you contact Paramount+ support at 1-888-274-5343 between 8 a.m. and 2 a.m. (ET). Here’s a quick recap of some common error codes and what they mean. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Here are some great alternative streaming services to check out (and some great internet service providers below that). Check out these quality internet providers like Xfinity and Viasat for more bandwidth.
