For some of the users who are able to succeed in taking a photo, the screen locks immediately after.

5. Master Reset

Problem 3: Vanishing Clear All (X) Button

This is the button that is normally located in the top right of the Recent Apps menu, but sometimes a software bug interferes.

Problem 4: Unresponsive Home Button and Fingerprint Sensor

5. Turn Off Gestures

Pick and choose between the four gestures present in the Settings menu, but you might want to turn all of them off to nip the problem in the bud.

2. Restart

Restart the app.If necessary, restart your phone.

3. Start Again

If your Bluetooth is acting out, remove the paired devices and start over.
