How to Upload Videos to Instagram from PC
Step 1: Send the Video to Your Mobile Device
If you’d rather use the Instagram mobile app to upload your posts, you can simply send your video to your Android device. You can do this by using a cloud storage service, like Google Drive or Dropbox, emailing it to yourself, or using a file manager, like AnyTransⓇ.
