Because trust us, they will count every single piece of equipment upon receiving. Next, you can return your equipment by taking it to your nearest Xfinity store, or while you’re talking to a representative on the phone, ask if they can give you a prepaid box or label to send back through UPS. Before you drop your equipment off at the Xfinity store, take a picture of everything, including the serial number, on the counter. You could even write down the ID number and name of the rep you spoke to be extra cautious.
