To properly use SleepBot, you’ll have to place your Android device under the pillow when you go to sleep. SleepBot will track your sleep movements (via the integrated accelerometer) to keep track of your sleep cycles. This way, the app can make sure it wakes you up when you’re not in REM sleep.
